I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend! We had a very busy, but GREAT week. We had a wonderful visit from Leadership Hoover, and had two outstanding Veterans Day Programs. Thank you to all the Veterans who came, and a special shout-out to Coach Watson for organizing both assemblies.
This week, our theatre program will make its debut with "Willy Wonka Jr." at the PAC. We hope that you will be able to attend one of the shows. The times are Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. See the graphic below for more information.
A reminder that food from outside restaurants is not permitted to be brought to school for your student during school hours. School hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please ensure all food dropped off for lunch is put in a lunch box or lunch sack. Food cannot be brought for students in original “carry-out” bags.
The school will be closed on November 11th in observance of Veterans Day.
We are having a non-perishable item food drive from now until November 21st to help families in our community. Have your student bring a non-perishable food item to school and drop it in a bin for Auburn or the other in-state team 😉. The team with the most items will be announced at the end of the day on November 21st.
Progress reports go LIVE in Power School this Friday, November 14th.
I hope you all have an excellent rest of your weekend. Remember, I am an email or phone call away if you need anything.
With Pride,
Andrea Fordham
