A message from our Principal

Bumpus Family--

We have made it! The last week of school is here. It feels like yesterday, August was here, and we were starting this school year.

I will send one more Enews out next week with summer updates, summer dates, and school supplies. So please be on the lookout.

You will be receiving an email from me if you have not started or have not finished registering your child for the 26/27 school year. Please note that your child cannot participate in any summer activities, including athletics, unless they are registered.

Monday Awards Day Times
6th Grade 8:45 am
7th Grade 1 pm
8th Grade 10:30 am
*Parents and students received an email if they are receiving an award.

Tuesday, we have our Cultural Fair, and our HHS Seniors will have their senior walk at 12. The Hoover Library Bookmobile will be located on the carpool side of the building to check out a book for the summer. Encourage your students to bring their library cards if they would like to do this.

Wednesday and Thursday are early dismissal days. Dismissal begins at 12:15 - The SEC Baseball tournament starts Tuesday. Please be aware that this could cause transportation delays. If your child is a car rider, please plan for pick-up.

Students will be cleaning out their lockers this week. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, please only send your student to school with their necessary items. They can still store their phones in their lockers.

With Pride,
